Delivery Fee

We offer a free delivery for Local purchases. For international buyers, additional shipping costs may be incurred. You can drop mail at our customer service for more information.

Delivery Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address stated in your confirmation page is added to your Paypal list of shipping addresses and the preferred address is selected accordingly when making your Paypal payment. We will deliver to the shipping address stated in your Paypal payment. Upon the payment has been made, kindly send us the receipt to prevent
 

Delivery Methods

Parcels will be sent by means of postal services that requires a signature on receipt. All products will be shipped through Malaysian Pos Laju for local orders. International orders will be shipped via Registered mail or Fedex courier services upon request.
 

Delivery Period

All products will be dispatched as soon as possible, (within 3 working days from order confirmation) subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We have no control over the postal services used and therefore can not guarantee how long deliveries will take. However, Local deliveries usually reach destination within 2 to 7 working days of dispatch. International deliveries will take 3 to 10 days before reaching destination.
 

Out of Stock

We will notify you by email if items are out of stock and provide you with the opportunity to receive a refund, choose an alternative or wait until they are in stock (if range is not discontinued).

Purchased goods are strictly non-refundable.
 

Exchange Policy For Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you receive an item from us which is faulty, please contact us to inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement. Additional postal fee will be handled by swimwear.com.my if error is caused by swimwear.com.my, otherwise will be charged to buyer.
